"Back on September 5th of 2009 me and several other friends were riding in Kentucky and as we were headed back home to Tennessee they said they were going to stop at the Bowling Green Harley Davidson shop. I said I was going to go on home and as we got closer to the exit I knew I needed some gas and thought I’d go ahead and stop, get some gas and stop at the dealership with them to get a nice cold drink of water because it was a hot and humid day. I have been to the shop there several times before and also had been looking online at the new 2010 Ultra Classic Limited’s but never saw one in stock at any dealership because they were so new and in such big demand. Well I walked in to get a drink of water and their she sat, a 2010 Ultra Classic Limited, Vivid Black / Black Ice Pearl, and I traded my 2006 Electra Glide Classic. They gave me a great trade for my bike. I have to say if you’ve never rode a bike with the 103 engine give it a try. This baby will scoot. Very happy with everyone at the dealership and am loving my bike!
P.S. I noticed my old bike was still at the shop online. If anyone’s looking for a great ride she’s a gem. She has 40,000 miles on her but I babied her and she runs like the wind. She’s the 2006 Electra Glide Classic Black Cherry and her names HAWGIE!

NOW TO WHAT REALL SOLD ME ON B.G.H.D AND SHOWED ME THAT I WILL NEVER HAVE TO LOOK FOR ANOTHER DEALER TO DEAL WITH AFTER THE SERVICE HE TOLD ME THAT THE 05 ROAD GLIDES HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE VALVE SEALS LEAKING AND GUESS WHAT MINE WERE. HE QUOTED ME A PRICE AND TOLD ME THAT HE WOULD CALL HARLEY AND SEE IF THEY WOULD PITCH IN ON THE REPAIR COST, I REALLY DID NOT THINK THEY WOULD HE CALLED ME BACK AND SAID THAT HD WOULD ALLOW CERTAIN DEALERSHIPS TO WARRANTY SOME CLAIMS IF THEY THOUGHT IT WAS A VALID COMPLAINT EVEN IF THE BIKE WAS OUT OF WARRANTY AND IF THEY THOUGHT THE COUSTMER WOULD BE A REPEAT COUSTMER. THEN HE BROKE THE NEWS TO ME MY VALVE SEAL REPLACMENT WAS GOING TO COST ME A BIG FAT 0.00 THAT'S RIGHT NOTHING. I CAN TELL YOU THAT I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY KIND OF DEALERSHIP WORK THAT HARD FOR A COUSTMER. I WILL ALWAYS TAKE MY HARLEY TO H.D.B.G THEY TRULY HAVE WON OVER A LIFETIME CUSTOMER AND I TELL ALL MY RIDING BUDDY'S ABOUT THIS WONDERFUL DEALERSHIP.

"My son had a battery go bad on his 01 Heritage on Saturday July 19th, as we were coming home from riding the dragontail. We were about 4 miles from the dealership, and still had about 2 hours riding time to get home. HD of Bowling Green came and picked the bike up for us and took it back to the dealership and analyzed the problem, replaced the battery and had us back on the road in less than an hour. Everyone of the service area folks went above and beyond to get him back on the road, they were all very very friendly, and made us feel extremely welcome throughout the whole ordeal. "I just purchased a 2009 Sportster 883 Custom on July 15th 2008. My experence was great. Scott Green is a fantastic sales person and always made me feel valued even when I asked stupid questions. He showed me all the features and gave me several tips on riding. The finance dept was also great had everything ready and made it a pleasure. The only thing about my purchase that could have went better (in my opinion)is that when I purchased my bike the dealership gives you a 10% discount on anything in the store on that day, It was very close to closing time about 6:45 pm and I did not have time to shop. It was not a problem just one of the benifits of buying a Harley Davidson I did not get to take advantage of. I am very proud of my sportster and the staff @ HD Bowling Green. I had BGHD install a big bore kit on my 2000 Road King Classic at 20,000 miles. I had an easy clutch installed earlier. When I left the dealership and got on the highway, my clutch slipped due to the extra power from the big bore kit. I turned around and went back to your dealership and you fixed the problem right then and there. GREAT SERVICE!!! I told a friend of mine about your service and knowledge of HD's and he got the big bore kit installed on his bike at BGHD. I have another Harley dealership that's closer to where I live, but I will ride the extra miles necessary to come to your dealership. You guys ROCK!!! Not only is the bike awesome, they listened to what my wishes and concerns were and then we discussed different options to build the ultimate street glide. I made so many changes the average dealership would have gave up(I can be a little anal about my bike). Their whole goal was to build me a bike I would be happy with and proud of and they did just that. I have a real head turner. I have a lot of harley freinds and all are in awe of the bike. Many times I have to tell people what type of Harley it started out as. Walt & his team have made me quite proud of my street glide. I love it.

The sales manager worked for at least an hour maybe more to fit the brand new ,06 ultra classic in my budget and got the payments I could live with very nicely. I have been to most of the other dealerships in the area and have yet to find the kind of attention to there patrons as I have here. "My Indianapolis, Indiana group was three days into bike trip when I had a flat tire. Luckily, we were only 30 miles from your dealership. The tow truck got us to your location late in the afternoon, but when the bike got off of the truck, the service manager, Landon Rayburn, and his boys in service were on that thing like a NASCAR pit-crew. They had a new tire on it and had it road tested in just over an hour. As well, Landon went above and beyond the call, contacting HD about my tire and wheel coverage and getting a refund for my tow! When I told the Operations Manager, Walt Hensel, how pleased I was with the service, he ended up giving us a grand tour of your gorgeous facilities like we were HD executives visiting from Milwaukee. All this royal treatment for four average guys and what amounted to a $4.18 service charge. Man, I can only imagine how good you treat folks that buy bikes from you. I am jealous; I wish HD of BG was my home dealership. Keep up the great work!

"I have just finished fullfilling my life long dream of riding in all 49 states in one summer and the service department here made that dream come true. My selling dealership could not meet my needs for fast turn around service. I was going thru a new tire at least once a month and needing 5 and 10k's every other week. I think the guy that washes bikes after service would run and hide when he saw me pull up, but he always came back and cleaned her up and got me back on the road again. I have chalked up 43k miles this summer thanks to H-D Bowling Green's service.

"We were riding back from Stergis in Aug. When in Tn about 45 min from the dealer my throttle cable broke. Standing in the rain we found the number for BowlingGreen Harley, gave them a call and spoke with Walt. He quickle checked the inventory and called back saying they had the cable. He came out and picked up my bike. Art in the shop worked till closing to get it complete. The next day we rode out heading for NY. "On June 16, 2005 I was riding my 2000 Heritage Softail to Nashville to attend the TN HOG Rally and stopped in Bowling Green KY to get gas......it wouldn't run, started back firing....x!x!x!$$. After 45,000 miles the intake seals needed to be replaced, it took about 2 hours and they had me back on the road.
